CAPTURE THE MOMENT.
RESPECT THE PLAYER.
ARKADE LOUNGE may photograph, film or record activities in the lounge and at ARKADE events. Creating an ARKADE player account requires acknowledgment of this Media & Content Notice. ARKADE is a content-creating gaming venue: lounge play, tournaments, reactions, voice and gameplay-related footage may be captured, and content featuring an account holder may or may not be selected for publication in ARKADE-owned website/gallery pages, social media, event recaps, tournament coverage and routine promotional material. Not every captured moment will be published.
1. What may be captured
Photos, video, audio/voice, reactions, interviews, gameplay-related footage, tournament participation, venue atmosphere, livestream/event coverage, scores/results and other content created while participating at ARKADE LOUNGE or an ARKADE-run event.
2. What the permission covers
By creating an account and acknowledging this notice, an adult account holder authorizes ARKADE to select, edit, crop, caption, format, reproduce, publish and display ordinary ARKADE-created media featuring them for ARKADE's website, Content Gallery, social channels, event recaps, community/esports coverage and routine ARKADE promotion. Publication is selective and may or may not occur. ARKADE does not claim ownership of a game publisher's underlying game intellectual property merely because gameplay appears in content.
3. Publication is selective
There is no customer-facing publish/do-not-publish selector during normal account creation or booking. After the required notice is acknowledged, ARKADE may choose whether ordinary captured content is suitable for publication. Customers may submit a Media Review Request if they need ARKADE to review a specific item, correction, safeguarding concern or future-use issue.
4. Tournaments and specifically recorded events
Some tournaments or special events are specifically designated as recorded, photographed or streamed. Registration for those events includes a clear recording/streaming acknowledgment because coverage is part of the event format. The account-level Media & Content Notice remains the ordinary publication framework, while minors additionally require an active Standing Guardian Media Release before identifiable tournament coverage can be published.
5. Players under 18
A minor may create an eligible ARKADE player account and acknowledge that the venue creates media, but identifiable publication remains blocked until a parent/legal guardian completes ARKADE's separate Standing Guardian Media Release. Once active, that standing release covers ordinary ARKADE coverage without requiring approval for every photo or clip. Staff must still use judgement and safeguarding rules when publishing content involving minors.
6. Media review and future-use concerns
ARKADE does not provide a self-service publication toggle in Account settings. An account holder can submit a Media Review Request identifying existing content, a safeguarding concern, correction request or future-use concern for ARKADE to review. A request does not automatically erase historical records, completed event reporting, material ARKADE is legally required to retain, or copies that cannot reasonably be recalled after lawful publication.
7. Content generated by players
If you voluntarily submit a clip, photo, testimonial or other content to ARKADE for publication, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant ARKADE permission to publish it for the stated ARKADE purpose. Do not submit other people's private information or media you do not have authority to share.
8. Privacy and records
ARKADE records the account media-notice acknowledgment, policy version, date/time, guardian approval status when applicable, tournament recording/streaming acknowledgments, and media review requests so staff can enforce the current safeguards. Final production privacy terms must identify the correct legal operator/merchant and applicable retention/processors.
9. Third-party game/platform rights
Your likeness/media permission does not override copyright, trademark, platform or publisher rules governing game footage, music, logos or other third-party material. ARKADE must separately comply with those rights and platform policies.
RECORDING NOTICE
ARKADE LOUNGE CONTENT AREA / EVENT RECORDING NOTICE
This area/event may be photographed, filmed or recorded for ARKADE LOUNGE event coverage and content. ARKADE account holders are informed at signup that captured content may or may not be selected for publication. Recorded/covered tournaments carry an additional recording/streaming acknowledgment. For minors, an active Standing Guardian Media Release is required before identifiable publication. Questions, safeguarding concerns or media-review requests can be made through your ARKADE account or staff.
This implementation is a production-control draft, not a substitute for Trinidad & Tobago legal advice. Before public launch with real customer media, have the final Media Release, Privacy Policy, minor/guardian process and physical signage reviewed against the Data Protection Act, Chap. 22:04 and the final Arkade Machine TT Ltd./ARKADE LOUNGE operating structure.
ONE GUARDIAN APPROVAL. ONGOING ORDINARY ARKADE COVERAGE.
Where a player under 18 wants to participate in identifiable ARKADE media, a parent or legal guardian may grant a Standing Guardian Media Release. Once active, that release covers ordinary ARKADE-created coverage of the minor while participating in ARKADE sessions, tournaments, community events, streams, photographs, gameplay/reaction footage, event recaps, the Content Gallery, ARKADE social channels and routine ARKADE promotional material. The guardian is not asked to approve each individual photograph or clip.
The standing release remains active until it is withdrawn, replaced by a materially revised release that requires fresh acceptance, or the player reaches adulthood, at which point the guardian release ends and the player continues under the adult account Media & Content Notice. A standing release does not automatically authorize unusual third-party licensing, sponsor campaigns centered specifically on the minor, or uses materially outside ordinary ARKADE coverage; ARKADE may seek specific additional permission for those uses.
Withdrawal stops future ordinary publication/use and triggers review of identifiable published material mapped to that account. It does not promise that every historic copy already lawfully distributed can be recalled from third-party platforms.
