Terms of Service — Draft Required
The public brand is ARKADE LOUNGE. The legal operating / merchant entity must be named explicitly in the final terms. Do not publish a false “trading as” or DBA statement until the Trinidad and U.S. filings are confirmed.
Privacy Policy — Draft Required
The final policy must explain account data, profile pictures, purchase history, tournament data, recruitment applications, minors’ information, processors, retention, security, and customer rights.
Identity / KYC Notice — Draft Required
Digital gift-card checkout requires identity verification. The current architecture sends customers to a specialist identity provider for government-document and matching-selfie checks and stores only the verification status/provider reference in the ARKADE database, not copies of the ID/selfie. Before launch, the final Privacy Policy and verification screen must identify the actual processor, purpose, retention/access model, customer rights, age requirements and correct legal merchant entity. The current Stripe Identity adapter does not support verification of people under 16, so the production purchase policy must direct younger customers to use a verified parent/guardian purchasing account or a different approved verification process.
Digital Goods & Refund Policy — Draft Required
Gift cards are high-risk irreversible digital goods. The final policy must clearly distinguish failed delivery, wrong-region customer error, already-redeemed codes, fraud review, cancellations, chargebacks and applicable consumer-law rights.
Media & Content Policy
ARKADE now has a versioned customer media-consent system, guardian approval workflow for minors, event-specific tournament releases, DO NOT PUBLISH staff flags and review/withdrawal controls. Read the current implementation policy →
