The rules
- Be decent. No harassment, slurs, threats, or targeting people over who they are. This covers the venue, our forums and anything you post through us.
- Play fair. No cheating, smurfing to farm newer players, or deliberately ruining a match for other people.
- Keep it appropriate. This is a venue people bring younger players to. No sexual content, no gore, no shock material.
- Respect the gear. Report a fault rather than working around it. Deliberate damage ends your session and may end your access.
- No spam or advertising without asking us first.
- Do not post other people's personal information, or photographs of them, without their agreement.
Tournaments
- Check in before the listed start time. Unclaimed places may go to the waiting list.
- Rules and format are published per tournament, and the referee's decision on the night is final.
- Prizes are funded by ARKADE LOUNGE or by a sponsor and are stated before you enter.
Moderation
Our moderators can remove posts, lock threads, and suspend accounts. We will normally warn first, but we will act immediately in cases of harassment, threats, or content involving minors.
If you think a decision was wrong, speak to us at the Lounge and we will look at it again.
Reporting something
Use the report control on a post, or tell any member of staff. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services first.
