The detail
How it works
Free PS5 time
Your free session time is available off-peak — Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday 7 PM to 8 PM — booking required, subject to availability. If your allowance does not cover your whole booking, we charge the most economical combination for the rest — you are never charged more because your free time ran out mid-session.
Birthday Week
Premium members get 20% off eligible lounge sessions for 3 days before your birthday, the day itself, and 3 days after, once a year. It does not stack with your usual member saving — we simply apply whichever gives you the better price.
Fair use
- One member discount per paid session.
- The session saving is a flat amount, not per hour.
- Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
- Guests pay regular price — the Premium guest pass is the one exception — but you can play together on your station.
- Benefits follow your billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Renewal is manual — we will never auto-charge you silently.
