What we collect
We collect only what we need to run a booking, a membership or an order.
When you book a station
- Your name and contact details, so we can hold and confirm the booking.
- The details of the booking itself — what, when and how long.
When you join as a member
- Full name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and email address.
- Your membership tier, activation date, renewal date, and a record of the benefits you have used.
Date of birth is required because some benefits and some content are age-related. Social media handles are optional and only requested where they are needed operationally, such as for a tournament listing.
When you pay
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with the transaction reference and the fee breakdown we are required to retain for reconciliation. We do not receive or store your full card number.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not post about you, or publish photographs of you, without the appropriate consent.
Photography and media at the venue
We sometimes photograph or film events at the Lounge. If you would prefer not to appear, tell any member of staff and we will respect it. Where a person under 18 appears in content we intend to publish, we require consent from a parent or guardian first.
How long we keep it
Booking and order records are kept as long as we need them for operational and accounting purposes. Membership records are kept for the life of the membership and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Speak to us at the Lounge and we will help.
