How it works
From enquiry to the night itself

You tell us the date
Send the form below with the package you have in mind. Nothing is held at this point — it starts the conversation.

We confirm and quote
We check the room is free, confirm what you need, and give you the rate for your date in writing.

A deposit holds it
A 50% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due 24 hours before. Until it is paid the date stays open to others.

You take over
Turn up. The stations are set up, the floor is yours, and our team runs the night around you.

The detail
Guests
The Lounge holds up to 12. Each package includes a set number of guests; from guest 11 onward they are TT$100 each.
Extra hours
Pre-booked extra hours are TT$200 each. Added on the night they are TT$250, because it changes the staffing we have already arranged.
Deposit
A 50% deposit confirms the date. The balance is due 24 hours before your session.
Food and drink
Party and VIP packages include refreshments. You are welcome to bring your own cake and finger foods.
